Medela Potentia is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Tax Executive to join our finance team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tax compliance and reporting for our high-volume business operations. We are looking for a professional who is not only proficient in Indonesian tax regulations but is also highly capable of navigating the newly implemented Coretax system to drive efficiency and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance processes, including calculation, reporting, and payment for PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN.
- Utilize the Coretax system to execute high-volume transaction filings accurately and timely.
- Perform detailed tax reconciliation between financial records and tax returns to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular tax planning and analysis to ensure organizational compliance while optimizing tax efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports for internal management and external regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all financial documentation meets tax documentation standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Indonesian tax regulations and provide insights on potential impacts to the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in taxation, specifically handling corporate tax compliance.
- Proven hands-on experience and deep understanding of the Coretax system.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with ERP systems.
- Hold a Brevet A & B certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining high attention to detail.
