Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Management.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/25/29) and oversee tax reporting and filing processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and internal standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Collaborate with management to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to drive business performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely resolution of findings.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial management, accounting, or tax consultancy, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
