Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately manage and organize 'Faktur Pajak Masukan' (Input Tax Invoices) for Borwita Group entities.
- Verify the validity and completeness of tax documents received from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist the Tax Department in data entry and preparation of monthly tax reporting documents.
- Monitor and track the status of tax invoices to ensure timely submission and filing.
- Support the team in archiving and maintaining systematic physical and digital tax records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents for tax audit requirements if necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates who are seeking practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
