Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN).
- Support the team in gathering and organizing financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks within our accounting software.
- Monitor updates in tax regulations and assist in assessing their impact on company compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping of tax-related transactions.
- Draft correspondences and reports for tax authorities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Participate in team meetings to provide administrative support and operational insights.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship duration for at least 3 to 6 months.
