As our Tax Manager, you will oversee end-to-end tax accounting integrity and proactive risk management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all corporate tax filings, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.).
- Lead the monthly and yearly tax accounting process, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting to regional headquarters.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks, implementing robust internal controls to safeguard the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and the Indonesian tax authorities regarding tax audits and inquiries.
- Advise internal business units on the tax implications of new business initiatives, contracts, and supply chain adjustments.
- Drive tax optimization projects to improve cash flow and minimize tax exposure within the legal framework.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving tax legislations and communicate impact assessments to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B/C, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate tax management, preferably within a multinational corporation or a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Deep technical expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, including transfer pricing and international tax principles.
- Proven ability to manage tax audits and navigate complex interactions with tax authorities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and tax filing software.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
