Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy? The Municipal Government of Calaca, Batangas is seeking a dedicated Tax Mapping Aide to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and updating of tax maps and property records.
- Conduct field surveys to verify land boundaries, property dimensions, and existing structures.
- Input and maintain spatial data in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and mapping software.
- Collaborate with the engineering and taxation teams to resolve discrepancies in land data.
- Generate maps and reports for tax assessment and municipal planning purposes.
- Perform basic research on land ownership, zoning regulations, and historical property data.
- Ensure all mapping documents are organized, archived, and easily accessible.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in mapping, GIS, or engineering support roles.
- Proficiency in GIS software (such as ArcGIS or QGIS) and CAD applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Familiarity with land registration processes and basic taxation principles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to undergo government medical and security clearances.
