Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field surveys to verify property boundaries and physical characteristics
- Prepare and maintain accurate tax mapping documentation using GIS software
- Collaborate with local government units to update property assessment records
- Analyze spatial data to identify discrepancies in tax mapping systems
- Assist in tax audits by providing mapping evidence and documentation
- Implement updates to digital mapping platforms based on field findings
- Train junior staff on mapping protocols and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and mapping tools
- Civil Service eligibility (Professional or Sub-Professional level)
- Minimum 1 year experience in property mapping or tax assessment
- Knowledge of Philippine land classification and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills for spatial data interpretation
- Valid driver's license for fieldwork mobility
