Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive tax administration and ensure strict adherence to government regulations and tax deadlines.
- Conduct in-depth corporate tax analysis, preparation of tax schedules, and accurate tax reporting.
- Lead and support tax audits, both internal and external, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Perform complex tax equalization calculations and reconciliation to support global payroll and expatriate management.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise management on compliance strategies.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents with relevant authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Tax, preferably within the Logistics, Manufacturing, or MNC industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.).
- Experience handling tax audits and resolving tax disputes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
