Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the finance and tax department
- Deliver comprehensive tax services ensuring compliance with local and national regulations
- Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize financial outcomes
- Supervise and mentor tax team members
- Prepare and review tax filings, returns, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on tax-related projects
- Implement process improvements for tax operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 5 years of tax compliance experience in Indonesia
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Tax Advisor) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
