Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the tax team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/26/4(2)).
- Oversee monthly and annual tax reporting, ensuring full compliance with current Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during tax audits or inquiries.
- Analyze tax implications of new business transactions and provide strategic tax planning recommendations.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and government mandates.
- Review tax reconciliations and ledger adjustments to identify potential discrepancies.
- Keep the organization updated on changes in tax legislation and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate tax, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and electronic tax systems (e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
