Siam Cement Group (SCG) is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Tax Staff to join our financial team in Cikupa, Banten. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial integrity by managing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring precise tax reporting, and streamlining our invoicing processes. As a key member of the finance department, you will contribute to the operational efficiency of one of Southeast Asia's leading industrial conglomerates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify daily invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial policies.
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Generate and file accurate monthly and annual tax reports (PPh, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely payments and efficient billing cycles.
- Conduct regular financial reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary tax and accounting documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tax administration, accounting, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation laws, including PPN and PPh regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle financial reconciliations efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
