Penta Artha Impressi is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Tax Staff to join our finance team at our Head Office in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the financial integrity and tax compliance of our organization. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of current Indonesian tax regulations.
As a Tax Staff, you will be responsible for the accuracy of tax reporting, documentation, and communication with relevant authorities. You will work closely with the accounting team to streamline processes and ensure all tax obligations are met timely. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least one year of experience to grow their career within a reputable company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile tax data with accounting records to ensure consistency.
- Maintain well-organized tax documentation and files for audit purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Monitor and stay updated on the latest Indonesian tax regulations and policy changes.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding tax-related inquiries.
- Support the finance department in ad-hoc projects and tax planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in taxation or accounting.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations (UU PPh & PPN).
- Proficient in using e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online systems.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Willing to be based at our Head Office in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
