Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and fiscal compliance? Luby Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Staff to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by ensuring precise documentation, accurate tax reporting, and timely financial processing.
As our Tax Staff, you will work closely with the finance department to manage day-to-day tax-related activities, ensuring full compliance with current Indonesian tax regulations. We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and committed to excellence in financial administration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify daily financial transactions and tax documentation accurately.
- Calculate, prepare, and file periodic tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN) in accordance with government regulations.
- Maintain systematic filing of all tax-related documents and financial receipts.
- Monitor and update financial reports to ensure data accuracy for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns.
- Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations in Indonesia to ensure organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a tax or accounting role.
- Proficient in using tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
