Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare accurate monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Ensure timely submission of tax reports via e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online.
- Coordinate and execute corporate licensing renewals, permits, and legal documentation.
- Liaise with external tax consultants and government authorities regarding compliance audits.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Maintain well-organized archives of all tax-related documents and company permits.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and reconciliation statements for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in tax administration or corporate compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting procedures.
- Proficient in using tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple licensing tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
