Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual corporate tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Conduct thorough tax reconciliation and ensure alignment between financial statements and fiscal reports.
- Manage tax compliance activities, keeping the company updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Review and verify all tax-related invoices and transactions to ensure validity.
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports for management review to support strategic financial planning.
- Maintain well-organized archives of all tax documents, e-Faktur, and proof of payments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in tax administration or corporate accounting.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and e-Faktur systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERPs) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data with precision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Certification in Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment.
