PT Bina Buana Kembar is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Supervisor & Manager to join our growing finance team in Medan. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the company's fiscal health by overseeing all tax-related operations, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and implementing strategies to optimize our tax efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate tax management, a deep understanding of local tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN), and the leadership capabilities to manage reporting processes effectively. You will be responsible for the end-to-end tax lifecycle, from preparation and filing to managing audits and internal tax advisory.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all monthly and annual corporate tax filings, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN.
- Prepare and review annual Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan) returns (SPT Tahunan) with high accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Indonesian tax regulations and advise management on potential impacts.
- Lead tax audit processes, including preparing documentation and acting as the primary liaison with tax authorities.
- Monitor and reconcile tax accounts to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Supervise the tax administration workflow to ensure all deadlines are met consistently.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining full compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a tax-focused role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (UU Pajak) and electronic tax filing systems (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict statutory deadlines.
