Summarecon, a leading property development company in Indonesia, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Taxation Officer to join our professional finance team at the Summarecon Bogor project. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring tax compliance, accuracy in reporting, and optimal tax planning for our ongoing property development operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tax operations, including the preparation of tax returns, monitoring tax regulation changes, and coordinating with external auditors or tax authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN, and Final Tax) accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain and reconcile tax documentation to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and company financial policies.
- Monitor and update the finance team on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments to current processes.
- Manage tax assessments, audits, and inquiries from the Tax Office (KPP) in a professional manner.
- Prepare tax reconciliation and ensure all tax-related journal entries are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on tax-related matters for property development and operational transactions.
- Conduct regular tax audits to identify potential risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in taxation or accounting, preferably in the property or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in using e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other DJP Online applications.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to handle tax inquiries and audits.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
