- Safely transport passengers to designated destinations while adhering to traffic regulations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, mechanical soundness, and proper documentation
- Utilize GPS/navigation systems to optimize routes and ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries professionally
- Process cashless transactions and accurately record trip details
- Report maintenance issues, accidents, or traffic incidents promptly
- Participate in ongoing safety and service training programs
- Support company initiatives for sustainable and efficient urban mobility
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 1/2/3) with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Extensive knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic mathematical skills for fare calculation and transaction handling
- Proficient in using smartphone apps and navigation technology
