We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Service Crew cum Dishwasher to help us serve our community fresh, delicious baked goods. In this dual-role position, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will ensure that our dining area is welcoming and our kitchen is pristine. - Uniform Requirements: Please note that a Black T-Shirt is mandatory. You must wear Long Dark Pants or Jeans and Covered Non-Slip Shoes.
- Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of hygiene in the dining area and kitchen.
- Dishwashing: Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cutlery, and cooking equipment.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide a warm, positive dining experience.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing pastries, coffee, and other menu items as required.
- Operations: Restock ingredients, clean counters, and ensure the workspace is organized.
Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment according to safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and free of clutter at all times.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service during peak hours.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure presentation is top-notch.
- Operate the POS system for orders and payments accurately.
- Restock inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and within expiration dates.
- Maintain a strict uniform policy (Black T-shirt, dark pants, non-slip shoes).
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must have a neat appearance.
