Tanggung Jawab
- Operate commercial dishwashers and pot washers to effectively clean and sanitize all cutlery, cookware, and service ware.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, including sinks, draining boards, and surrounding areas.
- Assist in general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down counters to ensure the overall hygiene of the facility.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling protocols are followed to minimize environmental impact.
- Stock up on cleaning supplies, chemicals, and dishware as needed, and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.

- Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.

- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to wear the required uniform: Black T-shirt, Long Dark Pants or Jeans, and Covered Non-Slip Shoes.
