We pride ourselves on serving high-quality artisanal baked goods and providing exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, greeting them warmly and ensuring they have a delightful visit. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness of our store, preparing food items, and managing daily operations efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of bakery products, including breads, pastries, and beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace, including the service counter and dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Restock ingredients and display items to ensure shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in kitchen preparation tasks as directed by the supervisor to support the team.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or reaching high shelves.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must strictly adhere to the dress code: Black T-shirt, Long Dark Pants/Jeans, and Covered Non-slip Shoes.
