Matahari Tire Indonesia is a rapidly growing player in the tire manufacturing sector, committed to delivering high-performance solutions for the automotive industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical TBR/Bias Tire Product Manager to join our team in Kendal.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our product lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and market demand, ensuring our Truck/Bus Radial (TBR) and Bias tire lines exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for field-testing performance, gathering real-world data, and providing actionable insights that drive product improvement and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive road test tracking programs for TBR and Bias tire categories.
- Compile detailed analytical reports based on field test performance and durability data.
- Conduct professional after-sales on-site assessments to resolve technical issues and collect user feedback.
- Analyze competitor product performance and market trends to provide recommendations for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the R&D and manufacturing teams to implement technical improvements based on field test outcomes.
- Manage tire evaluation logs and ensure data accuracy in all product reporting systems.
- Provide technical support and product training to the sales and distribution teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, quality control, or technical field service within the tire or automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of TBR and Bias tire construction, tread patterns, and compound technology.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Ability to travel frequently for on-site assessments and road testing activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer-centric results.
