- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, diagnostics, and treatment modalities
- Design and implement engaging curriculum materials including lesson plans, presentations, and practical demonstrations
- Mentor and guide students in their academic journey, providing constructive feedback and support
- Stay current with the latest developments in TCM research and incorporate evidence-based practices into teaching
- Participate in academic committees, curriculum development, and program assessment activities
- Conduct research in specialized areas of Traditional Chinese Medicine and contribute to academic publications
- Supervise student projects, clinical training, and practical assessments

Kualifikasi
- Master's degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, or related field
- Valid professional certification in TCM practice
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education or TCM training institutions
- Extensive clinical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine practice
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Research experience with publications in TCM or related fields preferred
