Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve authentic Taiwanese tea beverages according to traditional recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized tea recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tea stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement of tea supplies and ingredients
- Participate in ongoing training to master tea brewing techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Actively promote tea products and special offerings to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food/beverage service or customer-facing role preferred
- Passion for tea culture and willingness to learn traditional Taiwanese brewing methods
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create welcoming customer interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills beneficial
