Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to KOI Café's recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the barista station and customer seating area
- Operate and maintain tea brewing equipment, ensuring proper sanitation and functionality
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably as a barista or server
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of tea varieties and brewing techniques is advantageous
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
