Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of premium tea beverages according to KOI's standard recipes.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all patrons.
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and restock beverage supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback with a positive attitude.
- Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the shift.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Possess a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Previous experience in a café or retail environment is an added advantage, but not required (training provided).
- Proficient in spoken English, Malay, or Mandarin to communicate with diverse customers.
