Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure the tea bar and surrounding area are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of tea leaves, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by the company.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a F&B service or barista role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
- Enthusiastic about tea and the hospitality industry.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
