As a Tea Barista, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for crafting premium tea beverages, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, customer-centric, and eager to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea-based beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Handle POS transactions and manage cash registers accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Educate customers about our tea menu, flavors, and preparation methods.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the mall environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, tea house, or hospitality role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a high-energy team.
- Must be well-groomed and professional in appearance.
