- Prepare and serve diverse tea beverages according to CHAGEE's signature recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized experiences
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness across all workstations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handling cash transactions and daily reconciliation
- Manage inventory of tea leaves, ingredients, and supplies while ensuring freshness
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and brand standards
- Contribute to store merchandising and visual presentation excellence
- Participate in community events to promote tea culture and brand awareness
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage service, tea/café experience highly valued
- Passion for tea culture with willingness to learn brewing techniques and product knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to create welcoming customer interactions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
