Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a full range of KOI signature beverages, ensuring every drink meets our high-quality standards and taste consistency.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and storage spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, toppings, cups, and lids; assist with weekly inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Actively upsell and introduce new menu items, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure quick service without compromising on quality.
- Participate in opening and closing duties, including equipment checks, sanitation, and end-of-day reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a valuable asset.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
