Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of premium tea and coffee beverages according to brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patrons with enthusiasm and handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Educate customers on our menu offerings, providing recommendations based on their flavor preferences.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during peak operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in a barista, cafe, or hospitality role is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, reliable, and possess a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
