As a Tea & Coffee Bartender, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for creating memorable experiences through your expert preparation of specialty drinks. Our ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a flair for presentation and a genuine love for the art of tea and coffee. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while actively promoting our premium products to both locals and international visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of tea, coffee, and matcha beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Develop innovative drink recipes that highlight Chontea & Co.'s premium products
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating patrons about tea and coffee origins, flavors, and brewing techniques
- Actively promote and upsell tea, coffee, and related products to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area following health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Chontea & Co.'s brand values
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or mixologist preferred
- Knowledge of tea varieties, coffee brewing methods, and matcha preparation techniques
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for tea, coffee, and the hospitality industry
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
