Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and engaging learning activities for young children
- Create and maintain a positive, nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress through observation and documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's growth and learning needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and improve educational programs
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field
- Prior experience teaching young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for child development
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children aged 0-6 years
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
- Solid understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate learning methodologies
