Bricks 4 Kidz Surabaya, part of the globally recognized Bricks 4 Kidz franchise, is seeking a passionate Teacher to join our mission of inspiring young minds through creative LEGO-based learning. We provide a unique educational experience that combines the fun of LEGO bricks with important STEM concepts, helping children develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
As a Teacher at Bricks 4 Kidz, you will deliver our proprietary curriculum to children aged 3 to 13 in a fun, interactive environment. You will lead activities that explore engineering, architecture, and robotics, using specialized LEGO kits designed to challenge and engage students at every level. Our hands-on approach makes abstract concepts tangible and learning memorable.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to early childhood education. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and a genuine love for teaching. You will be responsible for planning and conducting lessons, managing classroom equipment, evaluating student progress, and communicating with parents. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

- Plan and deliver engaging LEGO-based lessons following the Bricks 4 Kidz curriculum.
- Facilitate hands-on learning activities that teach STEM concepts.
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe, positive environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain and organize LEGO kits and materials.
- Communicate with parents on student development.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Kualifikasi
- Degree in Education or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Familiarity with LEGO education kits and STEM concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and energetic approach to teaching.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to different age groups.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
