Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement hands-on STEM lessons that align with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities to engage students in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and integrate technology.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student development and classroom activities.
- Stay updated with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or related discipline.
- Teaching certification or license (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience teaching at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for STEM education and innovative teaching approaches.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging, hands-on lesson plans.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
