Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement.
- Assess student progress through various methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to support student development.
- Prepare students for internal and external academic assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject matter.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., PGDE, Diploma in Education).
- Strong passion for teaching and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Experience in an international school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
