- Assist lead teachers in preparing classroom materials and setting up daily learning activities.
- Provide direct support to students, helping them engage with lesson plans and developmental tasks.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Help maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and a clutter-free learning space.
- Assist students with personal care routines and transitions between activities.
- Support the documentation of student progress and behavioral observations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and kindness.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a high level of enthusiasm for early childhood education.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Good command of written and spoken English and local language.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with safety certifications.
