Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive, nurturing care ensuring children's safety and well-being at all times
- Supervise children during indoor/outdoor activities while maintaining structured routines
- Assist lead teachers in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Support children's daily needs including feeding, toileting, and hygiene management
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Maintain clean, organized learning environments and classroom materials
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create positive, developmentally appropriate experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in childcare, teaching assistance, or related role
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Patience, empathy, and ability to handle diverse child behaviors
- Physical stamina to engage in active play and supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours
- First aid/CPR certification beneficial
