Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create engaging classroom activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Monitor children's progress through observation and documentation of developmental milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate cohesive curriculum across age groups
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Teaching certification from recognized institution (D3/S1 PGSD equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in preschool or early childhood education
- Strong understanding of child development principles for ages 3-6 years
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to create positive classroom management strategies
- First Aid and Child Safety certification (preferred)
