Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities effectively.
- Provide one-on-one or small group academic support to students requiring extra attention.
- Monitor student progress and maintain organized records of behavioral and academic milestones.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of teaching materials and classroom supplies.
- Help manage student transitions between different activities and campus locations.
- Support the implementation of classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and engagement.
- Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and staff regarding student needs and classroom events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse educational team.
- Basic knowledge of primary education curriculum standards and pedagogical methods.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to adapt to changing classroom dynamics and resolve minor conflicts effectively.
