Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students who require additional support
- Prepare teaching materials and resources as directed by the teaching team
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Adhere to school policies and contribute to the overall mission of providing holistic education
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Teaching Assistance, or related field
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team
- Basic understanding of child development principles
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
