Tanggung Jawab
- Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children during classroom and outdoor activities
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and child-safe learning environment
- Help prepare educational materials and daily classroom resources
- Facilitate positive social interactions among children during play and learning
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily progress and needs
- Participate in staff training sessions and professional development workshops
- Support mealtime routines and ensure children's basic needs are met
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with certification in early childhood education preferred
- Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or similar childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles for ages 2-6 years
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Creative and patient approach to engaging young children
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
