As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily classroom operations, ensuring that lesson plans are executed effectively and that student needs are met with care and attention. You will assist in creating engaging learning materials, supervising students during activities, and providing individualized support to help overcome learning challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing instructional materials, resources, and lesson plans.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and excursions to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Grade assignments and quizzes under the teacher's supervision and provide feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Assist in the implementation of school policies and disciplinary procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Patient, empathetic, and possess a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in educational software.
- Current valid police clearance and medical certificate (if applicable).
