Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for diverse student populations
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance educational programs and methodologies
- Organize extracurricular activities and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents
- Participate in teacher training workshops and professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant teaching field
- Valid teaching certification (Sertifikasi Pendidik)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Experience in multicultural or rural educational settings
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs
