Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate English language curriculum aligned with developmental milestones
- Create stimulating lesson plans integrating phonics, vocabulary, and comprehension skills
- Foster socio-emotional learning through interactive classroom activities and storytelling
- Assess student progress using formative and summative evaluation methods
- Collaborate with parents to support children's literacy development at home
- Participate in curriculum innovation and teaching methodology workshops
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment celebrating cultural diversity
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Preschool Education (Teaching) or equivalent Early Childhood Education qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to preschool-aged children
- Certification in English language instruction or literacy development preferred
- Strong proficiency in English language arts and phonics instruction
- Knowledge of Singapore's Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) framework
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- First Aid and Child Safety certification
