- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their educational journey
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop innovative teaching methodologies
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and classroom activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs and curriculum
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience teaching young children in a classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
