Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in coding, robotics, or digital literacy to children aged 6-17.
- Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
- Guide students through project-based learning activities and provide personalized feedback on their progress.
- Prepare lesson materials and ensure all classroom equipment is ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom achievements.
- Assist in organizing workshops, demo classes, and school events to promote STEM education.
- Continuously upgrade your technical knowledge and pedagogical skills through internal training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children or teaching in an informal/formal educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, fun way.
- Highly organized, patient, and capable of managing classroom behavior effectively.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in learning new coding languages and robotics platforms.
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
