As an Elementary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the national curriculum. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and implement lesson plans that adhere to the Department of Education curriculum standards.
- Facilitate learning through various teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to student focus.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral issues.
- Participate in school meetings, faculty development activities, and extracurricular programs.
- Attend training workshops to stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a valid Certificate of Registration.
- Must have passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
- At least one (1) year of teaching experience in the elementary level.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom logistics effectively.
