Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dynamic lesson plans in accordance with the Senior High School curriculum for Academic Track and Core Subjects.
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to enhance student performance.
- Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to ensure cohesive academic programming.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).
- Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in relevant subject area (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies) or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of teaching experience in Senior High School.
- Deep understanding of the Senior High School curriculum and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Willingness to be assigned in Ilocos Region and adaptability to the local context.
