Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the K-12 curriculum standards.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain a classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support the diverse needs of students.
- Utilize digital learning tools and instructional media to enhance the classroom experience.
- Participate in school activities, seminars, and professional development programs.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on student performance and attendance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary or Elementary Education, or a Bachelor’s degree with 18 professional units in Education.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License (LET Passer).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience.
- Deep understanding of the Department of Education (DepEd) teaching standards and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and educational technology.
